Point Ranges whitelist
REQUIRED FORMAT: two comma-separated points per line, no extra whitespace. Each point is parenthesis enclosed comma-separated latitude/longitude pair. The first point is the minimum values. The second point is the maximum values.

Countries whitelist
REQUIRED FORMAT: one country code per line, no extra whitespace. Country codes are ISO 3166-1 Alpha 2 country codes.

REQUIRED FORMAT: one subdiv code per line, no extra whitespace. Subdiv codes are ISO 3166-2 subdivision codes and limited to supported countries.
